We are seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join a growing industrial operation. This is a hands-on role responsible for safely operating heavy equipment to move, load, and transport materials throughout the facility while supporting production and recycling operations. Candidates with experience in construction, aggregates, recycling, demolition, scrap, or other heavy industrial environments are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities - Operate front-end loaders, forklifts, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility and processing areas.
- Perform pre-shift inspections and daily equipment checks.
- Maintain safe operating practices and comply with all company safety policies.
- Communicate with production, maintenance, and operations personnel to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Keep work areas clean and organized while maintaining environmental compliance.
- Assist with material handling and other operational duties as needed.
Qualifications - Previous experience operating heavy equipment in a construction, recycling, aggregates, scrap, mining, or industrial environment.
- Experience operating front-end loaders required.
- Familiarity with equipment such as Caterpillar loaders, excavators, dozers, backhoes, graders, dump trucks, water trucks, or similar machinery.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to identify equipment issues.
- Understanding of safe operating procedures and industrial safety standards.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
