The Loader Operator is responsible for operating loaders and support equipment on utility construction projects. This role assists with material handling, site preparation, trench support, and maintaining efficient workflow on the jobsite.

Location: Harlingen, TX (project anticipated to be over one year in duration with travel opportunities available after project completion)
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate loaders and related heavy equipment safely and efficiently
  • Load and transport materials throughout the jobsite
  • Support excavation and utility installation crews
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures
  • Assist crews as needed to meet project goals

Qualifications:

  • Experience operating loaders in construction environments preferred
  • Knowledge of construction site safety practices
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Willingness to travel after project completion
