Shipping & Receiving JD:

• Update Backorder Summary
• Update Guru
• Update the Shipping Summary and email it out
• Get OTIF (On Time In Full) and OTD (On Time Delivery)
• Make labels for Crating (Priority)
• Updating Freight Data set
• Update current day Call List before 10:30am meeting
• After the meeting send out the updated Call List
• Assign Carriers
• Update Customer and Carriers if pick up/delivery dates change
• Making sure any updated dates are reflected on Cantor for the Shipping Team
• Answering emails/inquiries/phone calls from customers/carriers
