Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Loaders/Unloaders. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for unloading containers and ensuring a smooth flow of production materials.
Key Responsibilities
• Unload containers efficiently and safely, ensuring all goods are handled with care. • Engage in physical activities that include standing, bending, and lifting for the majority of your shift. • Inspect incoming materials for quality and report any damages or discrepancies. • Assist in organizing and storing items in designated areas to maintain an orderly workspace. • Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within set deadlines. • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment.
Qualifications
Ability to lift heavy objects up to the weight requirement consistently throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Previous experience in a warehouse or loading/unloading role is a plus but not required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
