Loader / Unloader – Warehouse Associate

Location: Grove City, OH
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Loader/Unloaders to join our warehouse team in Grove City. This position is responsible for safely loading and unloading freight, moving materials throughout the warehouse, and ensuring products are handled accurately and efficiently. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing physical labor throughout the shift.

Essential Job Duties

• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers safely and efficiently

• Sort, stage, and organize products for shipment and storage

• Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment

• Verify shipment quantities and inspect products for damage

• Assist with order pulling, packing, and general warehouse duties as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, or general labor experience preferred

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.

• Standing and walking for extended periods

• Repetitive bending, reaching, and lifting

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
