Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Lumpers to assist with unloading freight from trailers and containers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of handling repetitive lifting, working safely, and maintaining productivity standards while supporting warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload freight from trailers, containers, and trucks safely and efficiently.
- Sort, stack, palletize, and stage products according to customer requirements.
- Verify product counts and report shortages or damages.
- Wrap pallets and prepare shipments for storage or distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse associates, forklift operators, and supervisors.
- Meet productivity and attendance expectations.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, unloading, or material handling experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50–75 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift.
Loading/Unloading Experience
