Phillips Staffing is looking for a 1st Shift Loader/Paint Hanger for an innovative manufacturer of industrial/agricultural products in Anderson, SC!Responsibilities:
Hang and unhang parts on production line
Prepare cabs and other parts prior to painting or packaging
Inspect and prep parts for conformance
Position and secure work piece, using hoist, crane, wire and banding machine, or hand tools
Use air, electric, and hand tools to apply and remove hardware from parts and assemblies
Hanging, reaching, and unhanging parts and assemblies on an overhead track
Sort parts by description
Count parts and enter them into the PC for printed tags
Must inspect parts for potential defects, blemishes, etc. Make a clear and concise decision on what needs attention
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in extreme weather conditions
Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to match or detect differences between colors
Ability to occasionally lift 25-75 lbs.
Shift Schedule: 1st Shift, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Thursday, Occasional Overtime on Fridays Pay Rate: $17/Hour #IND3
