Founded in 1978, Formosa Plastics Corporation, U.S.A. (Formosa Plastics) is a growing, vertically-integrated supplier of plastic resins and petrochemicals. Formosa Plastics is a privately held company headquartered in Livingston, New Jersey. Our core business, producing plastic resins and petrochemicals, takes place at three wholly-owned chemical manufacturing subsidiaries located in Delaware City, Delaware, Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Point Comfort, Texas.
I. POSITION OBJECTIVE
To safely and efficiently lead packaging, bulk loading, truck loading, and rail operations while ensuring compliance with company policies, ISO standards, environmental health and safety regulations, and operational procedures. Responsible for supporting production goals through leadership, equipment oversight, safety auditing, incident reporting, employee training, and maintaining a safe, compliant, and productive work environment.

Education
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License
3-5 years Packaging, Bulk Loading, Truck Loading, Rail Operations experience preferred, but not required.
Previous Related Experience Required
3-5 years Packaging/Bulk Loading/Truck Loading /Rail Operations experience preferred but not required; High School graduate or equivalent; Current, State-issued Driver's License
Technical Skills Required to Perform This Job
Knowledge of bulk loading, packaging systems, rail switching coordination, and safe material transfer procedures.
Experience with Hazardous Energy Control (Lockout/Tagout), OSHA standards, ISO 9000/14001 compliance, safety audits, and incident reporting.
Skilled in operating forklifts, locomotives, packaging equipment, and initiating maintenance work orders through equipment inspections and troubleshooting.
Ability to verify production activities, maintain operational logbooks, complete inspections, manage compliance documentation, and support quality assurance processes.
Self-motivated, curious and eager to learn.
Willingness to take over areas of responsibilities.
