Job Description Loading, Shipping & Receiving Associate 3 JOB DETAILS Base Pay: $23.50 - $24.50 per hour Differential: + $1.50 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 3:00pm - 11:30pm, plus overtime based on production needs

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a detail-oriented Loading, Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our warehouse operations team in Auburn, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the flow of materials and products through our facility while maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments in accordance with safety protocols
• Verify and process incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• Prepare outbound shipments by properly packaging, labeling, and documenting materials
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized tracking systems
• Organize storage areas to ensure efficient space utilization
• Perform regular inventory counts and reconciliations
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Report any discrepancies or damages to supervisor
• Assist with general warehouse maintenance and organization

Qualifications

• Capable of using computerized equipment
• Will require standing, walking and working on concrete surfaces for long periods of time
• Ability to move carts in and out of production areas
• A high school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for duration of entire shift.
