    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Loan Administrator

    Location:
    Southlake/Dallas Office

    Position Summary
    The Loan Administrator supports branch lending operations by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant loan processing and servicing. This role works closely with relationship managers to assist with loan documentation, closings, and ongoing portfolio support.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Prepare loan files and input data into loan systems
    • Assist with loan closings and ensure documentation accuracy
    • Maintain loan records, process payments, and monitor requirements (insurance, reporting, etc.)
    • Support loan transactions through borrower and collateral research
    • Process applications, renewals, and servicing requests
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide administrative support

    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 3-4 years of experience in loan support, banking, accounting, or related field
    • Knowledge of loan documentation and financial systems preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
