Job Description
- Appoint and coordinate external legal counsel for preparation and review of loan closing documentation
- Review loan closing documents to ensure alignment with approved credit terms and conditions
- Coordinate execution and signing of loan documentation and closing activities
- Prepare periodic reports on loan portfolio performance and status
- Verify accuracy of daily loan transactions processed by loan administrators
- Reconcile general ledger (GL) balances against loan system reports
- Perform quality control (QC) reviews of loan transaction activity and AML system alerts
- Participate in AML monitoring reviews and escalation of suspicious transaction alerts
- Support loan system upgrades, enhancements, and user testing activities
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and accuracy across loan operations processes
