Loan Closer

• Ownership of QC accuracy and “Clear-To-Close” processes
• Extensive experience with meeting deadlines
• Ability to prepare necessary reports and documents
• Manage the closing schedule and work closely with Processors, Loan Officers  and title companies to ensure appropriate figures are obtained
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and files

• Prepare, review, and distribute accurate Closing Disclosures, ensuring compliance with the TRID requirement to provide disclosures at least three business days prior to closing, and process any required revisions.
• Perform quality control reviews and audits of closed loan files to ensure compliance with RESPA, regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and internal quality standards while meeting branch QC, audit, and LASR score goals.
• Manage the closing pipeline by coordinating with Processors, Loan Officers, and Title Companies to ensure clear-to-close loans are delivered on schedule, closing dates are maintained, and required figures are obtained for timely closing disclosure preparation.
