Loan Collector

Under the direction of the Collection Manger this position is responsible for collecting delinquent loan accounts and management of other real estate properties.  Performs loan prevention activities along with processing and monitoring bankruptcy information.  This position also processes insurance on all types of loans and maintains flood insurance tracking in accordance with federal guidelines, along with handling consumer, real estate and commercial collections.

Location - 114 West Monroe Street, Herrin, IL  

Skills and experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good oral, written and human relation skills along with strong organizational skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and deal tactfully with customers
