Description

Job Title: Loan Coordinator (Processor)
OneSource Financial | Full-time | On-site – Headquarters Office (EST hours)
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, varies between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM EST

About OneSource Financial

At OneSource Financial, we partner with dealerships to deliver fast, fair, and compliant financing solutions to their customers. We believe great financing experiences start with great people — and we're growing our Indirect Lending team to meet increasing demand. As a Loan Coordinator, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping that experience smooth, accurate, and relationship-driven from start to finish.

Role Summary

OneSource Financial is seeking an experienced Loan Coordinator (Processor) to serve as the key intermediary between clients, sales, and funding partners. You will own the end-to-end loan file process—ensuring complete, accurate, and timely packages while protecting our company’s credibility and delivering an outstanding client experience. This role requires a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays and applicable holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gathering documents: Collect, verify, and organize all required documentation for loan completion (e.g., proof of income, bank statements, monthly bills), tracking status and resolving deficiencies quickly.
  • Reviewing applications: Confirm applications are complete and accurate; follow up with clients and internal teams to resolve missing or conflicting information.
  • Preparing loan files: Validate loan details, structure files for submission, and package clean, lender-ready files for clients and funding partners.
  • Interviewing applicants: Conduct client interviews to clarify financial information, loan needs, and documentation requirements.
  • Assessing credit: Pull and review credit, analyze creditworthiness, and escalate exceptions per policy.
  • Finalizing loans: Coordinate closing steps, prepare final documents and invoices, and reconcile/record loan proceeds.
  • Communicating: Provide proactive, timely updates to clients, sales representatives, funding partners, and internal stakeholders; document all interactions in the system of record.
  • Maintaining standards: Meet or exceed production, quality, and service-level targets with a focus on cycle time and first-pass approval rates.
  • Following regulations: Ensure all actions comply with lending laws, regulations, investor guidelines, and company policies; maintain strict confidentiality.
Qualifications

  • Previous experience in loan processing or a closely related lending role.
  • Familiarity with math calculations related to loan processing (DTI, LTV, income calculations, fee and payment calculations).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor explanations to dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to research, problem-solve, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven time management and autonomy in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment; strong problem-solving and independent judgment.
  • Customer-service mindset with a professional, friendly approach
  • High integrity and commitment to confidentiality.

Benefits

  • 401(k)
  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance
  • Paid time off
