In this role, you will:
Support in performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans to ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures for CEMA loan products
Perform loan documentation for moderately complex loans
Process and close for loan products
Interpret Loan Documentation policies while analyzing applicant, property, and documentation, ordering all required verifications, documentation, and subsequent follow ups
Receive direction from Loan Documentation supervisor and escalate non-routine questions
Manage an assigned pipeline of loans and provide guidance and training to other Loan Documentation individuals
Interact with immediate Loan Documentation team and functional area on routine process
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience with Consolidation Extension Modification Agreement (CEMA) loans
2+ years of experience in Mortgage or Home Lending Operations
1+ year of experience working with CORE system
1+ year of experience working with MSP
Strong ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, including Sales, Operations, and third-party vendors
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management skills with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines
Experience managing a high-volume pipeline with accuracy and efficiency
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Active Notary Certificate
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) experience
Job Expectations:

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
