Are you a skilled mortgage professional ready to take ownership of loan files and help deliver seamless closings? We’re seeking a detail-driven Loan Officer Assistant or Mortgage Processor to join us in Davie. Experience with larger mortgage companies is a big plus!
What You’ll Do:
Own the process from application to closing—collecting documents, submitting files, and clearing conditions.
Communicate proactively with all parties—borrowers, lenders, underwriters, title companies, and appraisers.
Ensure deadlines are met and files run smoothly.
Support overall operations and be the go-to person ensuring no detail slips.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of mortgage processing or LOA experience, ideally with larger mortgage companies.
Active NMLS license.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills—you take ownership and solve problems.
In-office role in Davie, FL—team collaboration is key.
