Responsibilities:


  • Evaluate and analyze loan applications to determine eligibility and risk factors.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, offering personalized mortgage solutions.

  • Guide clients through the loan process from application to closing.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and lending products.

  • Collaborate with real estate agents and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.

  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the loan journey.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all loans processed.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring compliance with lending standards.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar mortgage-industry role.

  • Strong knowledge of loan products, underwriting processes, and regulations.

  • Active NMLS license and familiarity with state and federal lending laws.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in mortgage software and CRM systems.

  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
