What You’ll Do:
- Lead Generation & Business Development (70%) – Hunt down opportunities, convert leads, and grow loan volume through agents, investors, builders, and referral partners.
- Relationship Management (15%) – Cultivate lasting connections with brokers, investors, and past clients for repeat business.
- Loan Structuring & Client Advocacy (10%) – Create optimal financing solutions from pre-qualification to closing.
- Team & Process Engagement (15%) – Collaborate on sales plans, track your pipeline, and contribute to company growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Knowledge of mortgage products: Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Non-QM, etc.
- Experience with CRM & pipeline management.
- Strong financial analysis and customer advocacy skills.
- Licensed (or willing to obtain) NMLS credentials.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- A self-driven, results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure.
