Loan Officer

Description:

Our company is actively seeking Mortgage Loan Officers to join our expanding team. As a seasoned mortgage professional, you will be tasked with generating new mortgage and refinance applications by establishing and maintaining contacts with centers of influence; building relationships with local referral networks; interviewing and prequalifying borrowers to determine loan needs; advising borrowers about products, programs, terms, and pricing; ensuring timely and accurate mortgage application documents; managing pipeline, meeting sales hurdles and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must hold an active Mortgage Loan Originator License
• 3+ years of residential mortgage sales experience preferred
• Minimum documented loan volume of $8 million over the past 12 months
• Excellent sales skills
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable in a self-sourcing business environment
• Tech savvy with CRM experience preferred
