Job Summary: Loan Officer


We are looking for driven and customer-oriented Loan Officers to join our growing team. This is an in-person position offering competitive pay, generous commission structures, andsupport from a dedicated in-house team to ensure your success—no matter where you work. 

As a Loan Officer, you’ll work closely with clients to guide them through the mortgage process, offering expert advice and personalized solutions. You’ll have access to modern tools, a wide range of loan products, and responsive support so you can focus on building relationships and closing deals. 


 Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on mortgage options and guide them through the loan process.
  • Review financial documents and assess loan eligibility.
  • Work with processing and underwriting teams to ensure smooth loan approval.
  • Stay current on lending products, rates, and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in mortgage lending or as a Loan Officer
  • Knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and other residential loan programs
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Active NMLS license (required)
