Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Originate residential mortgage loans through self-generated leads
• Drive new business through cold outreach, calls, and pipeline-building activities

Loan Processing & Collaboration

• Partner closely with underwriters to move deals through to close
• Maintain clear communication across the team to keep files on track

Marketing & Accountability

• Participate in a company-supported fractional marketing program that provides scripts, cold-call tasks, and structured accountability
• Leverage company resources to ramp up production quickly

Qualifications

• Active mortgage industry experience strongly preferred — ideally a producing loan officer with existing volume
• Candidates from underwriting, mortgage assistance, or commercial mortgage backgrounds looking to move into sales will be considered
• A mortgage license is required; candidates in the process of getting licensed from a related background will be considered
• Collaborative mindset and a genuine team-first attitude
