Job Title: Loan Operations & Accounting Associate (Hard Money Lending)
Duration - 6 months (Part Time)

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional with an accounting background to support a growing residential lending business focused on real estate investors. This role will begin as part-time and transition into a full-time position, with the opportunity to grow into a lead role
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with loan processing and operations for residential real estate investor loans
- Support pre-closing activities (preferred), including documentation review and coordination
- Collaborate with closing attorneys to ensure timely and accurate loan closings
- Maintain financial records and assist with accounting-related tasks
- Help facilitate fast approval and funding of short-term, high-cost (hard money) loans
- Provide operational and administrative support to the existing accountant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
- Experience in hard money lending or real estate lending (preferred)
- Familiarity with loan lifecycle processes, especially pre-closing activities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable working in a support role with no direct client interaction
Work Structure:
