Work Arrangement: Onsite during training, then hybrid with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Operations Analyst to support a Global Market Loan Operations team responsible for the administration and servicing of large corporate credits held by a Global Credit Loan Trading Desk.

This position will support secondary loan trade settlements, loan servicing, transaction processing, client inquiries, and operational controls. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, administrative agents, and external clients to ensure transactions and servicing requests are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Support settlement and servicing activities for secondary loan trades.
• Process transactions across multiple operational platforms.
• Investigate and resolve loan servicing and trade settlement exceptions.
• Review credit documentation to ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Partner with internal business teams, administrative agents, and external clients to resolve inquiries and issues.
• Support operational controls and process improvement initiatives.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and control concerns appropriately.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Provide responsive and professional service to corporate investor clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in loan operations, loan servicing, trade settlement, syndicated loans, or financial-services operations preferred.
