Loan Operations Director
Journey Bank, a strong, independent community bank with over $1.5 Billion in assets and 290 employees headquartered in Bloomsburg PA, seeks full-time Senior Vice President, Loan Operations Director in our Lightstreet, Bloomsburg Office. As part of the Bank's Senior Management Team, this position reports to the EVP, Chief Banking Officer. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of B.S. or B.A. degree in Business or a related field of study. Advanced degree or banking certification(s) preferred. Specialized bank lending and loan operations education and training along with a minimum of ten (10) years' experience in related positions is also preferred.
The Loan Operations Director is responsible for managing of the Loan Operations Department in order to ensure the efficient and accurate documentation, processing, booking, and servicing of the Bank's commercial, consumer, and residential mortgage loan accounts; implementing strategies to achieve goals developed for the department as part of the division's annual operating plan; ensuring the department's compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements; directly supervising assigned personnel; communicating and interfacing with other divisions/departments and management personnel; providing periodic management reports.

Requirements: Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and math skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills; proficient analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient knowledge of all loans, principles, policies, and practices; thorough knowledge of current lending and collection laws and regulations; demonstrated management and supervisory skills; proficient computer skills and knowledge of applicable software; visual and auditory skills, valid driver's license.
