Loan Operations Specialist - Processing

First State Community Bank is seeking a quick learning, detail oriented individual with a strong work ethic to fill the role of Loan Operations Specialist - Processing. The Loan Operations Specialist position will prepare closing documentation for loan closings across the First State footprint. Proficiency with computers, as well as the ability to work independently, is a must.
Responsibilities in Accordance with Our Corporate Values

- Develop and maintain a good working relationship between the market personnel and the support staff.
- Work with team members on complicated requests to find the best solution for the customer and the organization.
Accountability
- Utilize LoanVantage and LaserPro to process and prepare loan documents for the closing packet.

- Monitor pipelines to watch and prepare for upcoming deadlines.
- Embrace organizations vision, mission and values and strive to implement those in all that you do.
Adaptability
- Frequently communicate with market personnel to assist with questions regarding policy, procedure, regulations and computer program help.
