We are looking for a high-energy Loan Originator Partner to join our in-office team and work directly with our top-producing Loan Originator. This person will handle company-provided leads, manage the pre-approval process, and guide clients through the sales conversation with confidence, urgency, and professionalism.
Work incoming leads from the team.
Manage pre-approvals from start to finish.
Assist with the sales conversation with clients and help identify the best path forward.
Problem-solve scenarios that come up during the pre-approval process.
Communicate clearly with clients, referral partners, and team members.
Learn from a top 1% Loan Originator and grow into a licensed mortgage professional over time.
Someone new to the mortgage space or someone who loves solving problems and helping clients.
A strong desire to learn, grow, and eventually get licensed.
