Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

Starting Pay: $20/hr

What You'll Do

• Process consumer loan applications quickly and accurately
• Gather, verify, and track borrower documentation
• Review applications for completeness and compliance
• Prepare disclosures and maintain clean, audit-ready loan files
• Communicate with internal and external partners to keep files moving
• Provide timely updates and resolve outstanding items
• Deliver a friendly, community-focused customer experience

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma required; degree or lending knowledge preferred
• Strong attention to detail & excellent organization
• Friendly communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Comfortable with computers, MS Office, and learning new systems
• Reliable, consistent, solution-oriented attitude
• Prior loan processing/banking experience preferred (not required)
