Summary:

Performs routine loan servicing administrative tasks, verifies the completeness and accuracy of documents, and performs calculations for distributions.

Education and/or Experience:

• A high school education or GED required
• Minimum one year mortgage servicing, loan servicing or lending experience required

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive calls from members, branches, call center and third parties regarding loan accounts and researches and responds to member complaints on their accounts
• Prepare payoff statements, ensure accurate posting and reporting of payoff funds received, prepare mortgage satisfactions in accordance with state and county guidelines to be forwarded to the appropriate parties, and ensure that liens are properly filed and released in a timely manner on mortgage, home equity, boat, recreational vehicles and auto loans
• Track receipt of recorded mortgages and DMV liens to ensure that they are recorded
• Post disability, credit life and GAP payments received from CUNA Mutual Insurance to loan accounts
• Process payments, disbursements, changes, and other transactions
• Monitor escrow payments and track delinquencies
• Track walls-in insurance to ensure that coverage is current
• Work with members when an insurance loss takes place to ensure loss proceeds are disbursed to appropriate parties and all work is completed
• *Performs other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor

The good faith range for this position is $25.50 - $30.50/hr. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

All candidates will be subject to a background check, credit check, and drug test to determine employment eligibility.
