Process lending transactions across bilateral, syndicated, and agented credit facilities, ensuring timely and accurate execution of operational activities.
Manage loan servicing functions including payment processing, lender funding activities, fee administration, and transaction settlements.
Generate and distribute lender and borrower notices related to ongoing transaction activity.
Monitor incoming and outgoing funds, investigate discrepancies, and perform daily account reconciliations.
Review and resolve outstanding reconciliation items and aged exceptions within established service levels.
Monitor past-due items and coordinate resolution efforts with internal and external stakeholders.
Process loan amendments, assignments, and other transaction updates while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
Partner closely with lending, middle office, trading, and booking teams to support transaction lifecycle management.
Review and authorize operational transactions in accordance with internal controls and approval requirements.
Support insurance-related payment processing, tracking, and reconciliation activities.
Maintain accurate transaction records and support reporting, audit, and operational control requirements.
