With delivery centers and offices across North America and India, we take pride in building long-term relationships and delivering excellence through innovation, collaboration, and integrity.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Loan Servicing Administrative Coordinator to join our team supporting Wholesale Lending Services within a leading commercial bank. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in syndicated loan servicing, task assignment, and reconciliation and a proven ability to manage high-volume workflows, interpret loan documentation, and coordinate across operations teams.Responsibilities:Monitor and manage the group mailbox, triaging and assigning incoming requests.Assign daily client tasks to Loan Servicing Account Managers based on expertise and workload.Reconcile daily borrower activity and workflow cases across the organization.Monitor and escalate past-due principal, interest, and fee cases to drive timely resolution.Update and maintain control and workflow reports with accurate comments.Provide administrative support related to Credit Agreement terms.Back up team members and contribute to special projects as assigned.Required Skills & Qualifications:Undergraduate degree preferred; or 3+ years of relevant job and industry experience.Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience reading and interpreting syndicated loan documentation; familiarity with LoanIQ.Strong attention to detail with effective organizational and time-management skills.Ability to manage concurrent assignments and work independently within a team environment.Excellent oral and written communication and client service skills.Analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.Preferred Skills:Loan servicing or customer service experience in financial services.Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; recent graduates are welcome.Why BCforward?At BCforward, we believe in advancing lives and careers.
