We're looking for a Loan Servicing Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the engine that keeps our loan operations running efficiently, accurately, and compliantly. From processing payments to managing insurance and supporting customers, you'll play a key role in helping people achieve their financial goals.
What You'll Do
Every day brings new opportunities to make a difference. As a Loan Servicing Representative, you'll:
Deliver outstanding service to customers and colleagues alike
Process loan payments, payoffs, and ACH transactions with precision
Manage insurance-related activities, including flood insurance tracking and premium disbursements
Reconcile accounts and resolve exceptions to maintain financial accuracy
Book consumer and commercial loans while ensuring compliance and proper documentation
Monitor escrow accounts and facilitate tax payments
Support investor reporting and month-end processing activities
Track insurance exceptions and collateral-related documentation
Manage promissory notes, collateral releases, and paid note processing
Conduct loan quality reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance
Stay current with regulatory and compliance requirements through ongoing training
