Long-Term Temporary Assignment
Our client, a well-established financial services organization, is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to join their team in Baltimore, MD. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative, customer service, or loan operations experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
Process and maintain loan records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
Review loan documentation and update account information as needed
Research and resolve servicing discrepancies, payment issues, and customer inquiries
Monitor loan activity, payment processing, and account maintenance tasks
Communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather information and support loan servicing functions
Maintain accurate records and documentation within servicing systems
Assist with audits, reporting, and special projects as assigned
What We're Looking For
1+ years of experience in loan servicing, banking, mortgage operations, financial services, or a related administrative role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism and customer service orientation

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
