What You'll Do:
• Manage day-to-day card services responsibilities and serve as a knowledgeable resource for card-related needs
• Review newly established and renewed loans to verify accurate setup within the loan servicing system
• Monitor trailing loan documentation and follow up to ensure required documents are received
• Perform collateral and insurance tracking across the loan portfolio
• Handle mortgage servicing responsibilities, including applicable reporting and remittances
• Complete loan maintenance requests accurately and within established timelines
• Perform escrow analyses and related servicing processes to help ensure timely and accurate tax and insurance payments
• Prepare loan payoff statements, process payoff funds, and coordinate lien releases
• Support all aspects of loan participation processing
• Respond to requests from customers, third parties, and internal team members with professionalism, courtesy, and discretion
• Maintain accurate records while meeting established servicing deadlines and quality standards


What We’re Looking For:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of loan servicing, banking, credit union, lending operations, or closely related experience
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review loan information for accuracy and completeness
• Good computer and technology skills, with the ability to learn loan servicing systems and related applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion and professionalism
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively across departments
• Diplomacy and tact when resolving questions, addressing concerns, and requesting cooperation from others
• Dependable attendance, strong time-management skills, and the ability to complete deadline-sensitive work
