Loan Servicing Specialist

As a Loan Servicing Specialist with NVR Mortgage''''s Loan Servicing Team, you will directly support our homebuying customers through our Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes brand.

This position is based on-site in our NVR Mortgage offices.

What you will be doing:

• Answer and respond to borrower post-closing phone calls
• General loan servicing activities such as loan boarding, payoff processing and disbursing taxes/insurance
• Reach out to borrowers regarding first payments
• Process borrower payments
• Uploading closed loan files to investors for review.
• Review of agency loans to clear edits prior to purchase
• Prepare data transfer related to the purchase of loans
• Process wires and import purchase advice information for purchased loans
• Accounting and reconciliation of purchased loans for accuracy
• Boarding, reporting and audit/oversight of loans boarded with NVRM subservicer

Qualified applicants have:

• • Experience in the field of Loan Servicing (preferred) OR Accounting experience
• • Customer orientation skills, with comfort talking to customers/investors over the phone
• • Attention to detail with ability to hit deadlines
• • Ability to work both independently and in a cooperative team environment
• • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) suite
