Job Title: Loan Servicing Technician

Pay rate: $19/hr. to $20/hr.

Location: Stevens Point, WI 54481

Shift (hours)/schedule: Fulltime, Monday-Friday 8-5

Duration: Till 10/01/2026, with possible extension

Job Description:

• Homeowners insurance policy management.
• Process and monitor Private Mortgage Insurance disbursements, cancellation requests and terminations
• Manage timely disbursement of funds related to insurance and PMI premiums.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is collected, accurately processed and compliant with regulatory standards.
