  In This Role, You Will:

•     Drive sales performance and customer outcomes by meeting goals and maximizing conversionManage the full customer and loan lifecycle, including application, funding, repayment, and collections
•     Build relationships and recommend tailored financial solutionsEngage customers across multiple channels to expand sales opportunities
•     Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellenceEducate customers on loan terms and optional products

  Minimum Qualifications

•     High School Diploma or equivalentAbility to pass drug screen, criminal background, and credit checks
•     Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation

  Preferred Qualifications

  Experience in sales, collections, or customer service in a performance-driven environmentBilingual in Spanish/English 

  Working Conditions

  Office-based role providing consumer loans in person and via phone. Hours are typically Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed.
