Loan Support Clerk -- Boulevard Brea California
Provides administrative and clerical assistance to the loan processing team by maintaining accurate records, managing documentation, and supporting day-to-day operations related to loan servicing. Responsibilities: Process and file loan documents, applications, and correspondence. Verify the completeness and accuracy of borrower information. Update loan systems with status changes, payments, and account notes. Assist with data entry, document scanning, and responding to internal or external inquiries. Prepare routine reports and maintain organized loan files. Support loan officers and processors with clerical tasks and customer follow-ups. Skills: Experience in a financial or administrative support role. Familiarity with loan documentation and basic banking procedures. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems. Good communication and organizational skills.
