This is an onsite contract opportunity in Brea, California, supporting a financial services loan operations team. The role offers hands-on exposure to loan documentation, banking procedures, data maintenance, and operational support within a professional financial services setting.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Maintain organized loan files, documentation, applications, and correspondence.
  • Review borrower and loan information for completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation.
  • Update loan systems with status changes, payment information, and account notes.
  • Support loan processors and officers with clerical tasks, follow-ups, and document preparation.
  • Perform data entry, scanning, filing, and routine reporting to support daily loan operations.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.

Are you an experienced loan support professional ready to make an impact?

  • 5–7 years of experience in financial services, banking operations, loan support, or administrative support preferred.
  • Familiarity with loan documentation, loan servicing, and basic banking procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain accurate records and data.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in a structured, fast-paced administrative environment.
  • Comfortable supporting clerical workflows including filing, scanning, reporting, and system updates.
