Summary:
Provides administrative and clerical assistance to the loan processing team by maintaining accurate records, managing documentation, and supporting day-to-day operations related to loan servicing.
Responsibilities: - Process and file loan documents, applications, and correspondence.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of borrower information.
- Update loan systems with status changes, payments, and account notes.
- Assist with data entry, document scanning, and responding to internal or external inquiries.
- Prepare routine reports and maintain organized loan files.
- Support loan officers and processors with clerical tasks and customer follow-ups.
Skills: - Experience in a financial or administrative support role.
- Familiarity with loan documentation and basic banking procedures.
