Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Administrator to join a legal operations team responsible for reviewing legal documentation related to customer civil legal matters. This role focuses on validating legal documents for accuracy, completeness, compliance with state requirements, and readiness before submission to third-party legal partners.
The ideal candidate will have experience in legal document review, civil litigation procedures, quality assurance, and strong attention to detail. Knowledge of collection law and credit card-related legal processes is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Review physical and electronic legal documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
Verify that information within legal documents matches supporting and corresponding documentation.
Validate legal documents against applicable state requirements and procedural guidelines.
Conduct quality assurance checks prior to distribution to third-party legal partners.
Review and confirm proper notarization and execution of legal documentation.
Perform judgment and complaint validations as needed.
Identify discrepancies, errors, or missing information and ensure appropriate corrections are made.
Maintain accurate records of document reviews and quality assessments.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support legal and operational processes.
Key Requirements:

Experience in legal, compliance, quality assurance, litigation support, or a related field.
Experience reviewing documents for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including:
Excel

PowerPoint
Microsoft Teams
Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Knowledge of collection law.
Experience supporting or working within civil litigation procedures.
Prior experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or in a role performing quality review functions.
Understanding of credit card-related legal or collections processes.
Paralegal Certification preferred.
