Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join the Legal Operations team. The role involves reviewing legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before they are sent to third-party legal partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance, legal document review, litigation support, or collections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review physical and electronic legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify information against supporting documentation and ensure all data matches.
  • Validate legal forms to ensure compliance with state-specific requirements.
  • Review notarization, signatures, dates, and supporting legal documentation.
  • Perform judgment and complaint validations as required.
  • Identify discrepancies and document findings for correction.
  • Ensure documents meet internal quality standards before submission to third-party legal partners.
  • Maintain high accuracy while managing a high-volume workload.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve documentation issues.

Required Skills

  • 1+ year of Quality Assurance or legal document review experience.
  • Experience reviewing legal, compliance, financial, or operational documents.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and proofreading skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of collection law.
  • Experience with civil litigation or legal procedures.
  • Understanding of credit card operations or consumer lending.
  • Paralegal certification is a plus.
  • Previous banking or financial services experience is preferred.

Pay Range: $22- $25/hr
