Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join the Legal Operations team. The role involves reviewing legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before they are sent to third-party legal partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance, legal document review, litigation support, or collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Review physical and electronic legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Verify information against supporting documentation and ensure all data matches.
- Validate legal forms to ensure compliance with state-specific requirements.
- Review notarization, signatures, dates, and supporting legal documentation.
- Perform judgment and complaint validations as required.
- Identify discrepancies and document findings for correction.
- Ensure documents meet internal quality standards before submission to third-party legal partners.
- Maintain high accuracy while managing a high-volume workload.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve documentation issues.
Required Skills
- 1+ year of Quality Assurance or legal document review experience.
- Experience reviewing legal, compliance, financial, or operational documents.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and proofreading skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of collection law.
- Experience with civil litigation or legal procedures.
- Understanding of credit card operations or consumer lending.
- Paralegal certification is a plus.
- Previous banking or financial services experience is preferred.
