Loaner Vehicle Department - Team Lead

Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land is looking for a Loaner Vehicle Department Team Lead to guide our dynamic team of Loaner Vehicle Representatives while delivering First Class Service to our customers.

In this role your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Managing and administering our loaner car fleet
• Resolving customer issues as they arise
• Reviewing loaner fleet for damage and keeping vehicles in good working order
• Keeping record of all transactions
• Scheduling, coaching and managing staff

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing either a loaner vehicle department or rental car fleet. Strong customer service and problem resolution skills are a must along with the ability to multi-task and work within a fast paced environment.
