The Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of the hotel’s lobby and public areas. This role ensures all guest-facing spaces are clean, welcoming, and in accordance with brand and company standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience
- Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred.
- Hospitality environment experience a plus.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures preferred.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and public areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces as required.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Maintain cleanliness and restocking of public restrooms.
- Ensure all furniture, décor, and fixtures in public areas are clean and tidy.
- Monitor lobby appearance throughout the shift and address issues promptly.
- Respond to guest requests and provide assistance courteously.
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
