Lobby Greeter

The Lobby Concierge serves as a welcoming ambassador for Streamsong Resort, creating a warm and professional first impression for all guests. This role is responsible for greeting guests, providing general resort information, and supporting a seamless lobby experience while upholding Streamsong’s service standards and commitment to guest satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

• Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and throughout their time in the lobby
• Provide accurate information regarding resort amenities, dining outlets, golf experiences, and property directions
• Maintain a visible, attentive, and approachable presence in the lobby area
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance
• Collaborate with Front Desk, Bell Services, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Assist with guest flow during peak check-in/check-out times and group arrivals
• Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in lobby and concierge areas
• Represent Streamsong Resort with professionalism, positivity, and hospitality

Non-Essential Functions:

• Support special events and resort activations as needed
• Assist with light administrative or guest service tasks as assigned
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Knowledge and Skills:

      Education: High School Diploma or preferred

      Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred

      Skills and Abilities:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly, engaging, and guest-focused demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and presence
• Ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure

Travel required: None

Hours Required: Part time/split shift, flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
