What You’ll Do

• Create a welcoming, professional first impression for members, visitors, and business partners.
• Connect each visitor with the right person, department, service, or resource based on their needs.
• Identify opportunities to educate members about products and services that can improve their financial flexibility.
• Deliver accurate and efficient financial transactions while protecting member information and assets.
• Safeguard the Financial Health Center by managing visitor access and following established security procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams, couriers, and service partners to keep lobby operations organized and responsive.
• Ensure every interaction and transaction meets operational, audit, security, and regulatory requirements.

Experience:

    Required

• 2 years of customer service experience

    Preferred

• Banking experience preferred

Skills & Knowledge:

    Required

• Strong customer service skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality

• Attentive with active listening skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to organize and prioritize workload

• Experience with all Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 30 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday

    Preferred

• Episys and/or Teller Enterprise Experience

Education:

    Required

• High school diploma or equivalent

    Preferred

• Some college preferred

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm

Compensation Details:

Paygrade: 1CA

The expected pay range for this position is $23.77 – $24.10 hourly.     

Credit Human is committed to equitable and transparent compensation practices. Final compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic work location.

This role may also be eligible for:

• Bonus opportunity up to 4%

Job Location: This position is onsite based in San Antonio, TX.
