Previous experience in insurance, healthcare, assistance services, or customer service is preferred but not required. Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, providers, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems.
• Ability to learn new systems, processes, and insurance-related information quickly.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, support colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Professional, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in accordance with company policies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, healthcare, insurance, medical assistance, travel assistance, or call center operations.
• Experience working with medical providers, health insurance claims, billing, case management, or healthcare coordination.
• Familiarity with international assistance or insurance industry operations.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly Spanish and/or Portuguese.

What We Offer

Salary: $48k-$52k
