Home every night with two consecutive days off, hourly pay so

your check doesn't ride on the miles, and stop pay plus unload

pay on top. Dedicated local grocery delivery running store

routes across Arizona. 20 seats open.

THE POSITION

- Freight: dedicated dry van, grocery

- Local deliveries within Arizona, delivering to retail

grocery stores

- Multi-stop routes

- Live unload, drop and hook, load assist, unload assist

- MANUAL PALLET JACK UNLOAD — this is a physical account

- Approx. 1,000 miles per week

- This account requires 1 year of verifiable Class A driving

experience

- Solo only (team seats are closed on this account)

PAY

- $18.00 per hour for your first 6 months

- $0.25 per hour raise after 6 months, based on attendance,

accident and injury record

- $15.00 stop pay

- $10.00 unload pay

- Average $1,200 to $1,400 per week

- Weekly pay

HOME TIME

- HOME DAILY

- Two consecutive days off each week

SCHEDULE

- Both day and night shifts available

- Weekend work required

- Holidays: based on customer needs

STRAIGHT TALK ABOUT THIS ACCOUNT

This is the part most postings leave out, so read it. You will

unload freight by hand with a manual pallet jack, on multiple

stops, and you will be walking, standing or sitting for 10 hours

or more a day. If you are looking for no-touch freight, this is

not your account and I would rather tell you now than after

you've sat through orientation. Weekend work is required and the

shift can be day or night. In exchange: you're home every night,

you get two days off back to back instead of scattered, you're

paid by the hour rather than by the mile so a slow week doesn't

gut your check, and every stop and every unload pays on top of

that hourly rate. Twenty seats are open, so there is room to pick

a shift that fits your life.

ORIENTATION

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

AGE & LICENSE

- 21 years or older

- Valid Class A CDL

- Must have held a U.S. driver's license the last 12 consecutive months

- Current DOT medical card (new DOT physical required at hire)

- No endorsements required for this position

EXPERIENCE — one of the following

- 6 months OTR experience within the last 12 months, OR

- 12 months OTR experience within the last 5 years

DRIVING RECORD

- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years

- No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months

- Speeding 30+ MPH over = automatic disqualification for 3 years

- Original ticket copies required for all citations in the last 3 years

ACCIDENTS

- No more than 1 DOT preventable accident in the last 2 years

- No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years

- No more than 3 preventable incidents in the last 2 years

- Preventable rear-end accident = 1 year disqualification

- Accident reports required for ALL accidents in the last 5 years

WORK HISTORY

- No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months

- No more than 1 safety-related termination in the last 5 years

DUI / DWI

- No DUI/DWI in a commercial vehicle — ever

- No DUI/DWI in the last 10 years while holding a CDL or CLP

- No DUI/DWI in the 5 years before obtaining your CDL or CLP

- No multiple DUI/DWIs

DRUG & ALCOHOL TESTING

- No failed or refused drug tests — no exceptions

- Hair AND urine testing required, both must be passed

- No drug-related convictions in the last 5 years

CRIMINAL HISTORY

- Violence, theft, drug, and sex-related offenses reviewed individually

verification, criminal background review, MVR, Clearinghouse query,

drug testing, and final approval.
