LOCAL CDL-A DRIVER

You'll haul dedicated grocery freight on established routes while enjoying a consistent schedule and two full days off every week.

Pay & Incentives

• Average $1,500 per week
• Top drivers average $1,800+ weekly
• Up to $0.62 CPM based on verified experience
• $37 unload pay
• $20 stop pay
• $20 backhaul pay
• $25 pallet restack pay
• Paid ride-along training at $100/day

Position Details

• Home daily with 2 non-weekend days off
• 70% drop & hook / 30% driver unload using an electric pallet jack
• Dry van freight with occasional reefer loads
• Deliveries throughout Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky
• Average 3–5 loads and 5–7 stops per day
• Average 200–300 miles daily
• Average 1,000–1,500 miles weekly
• Slip-seat day cabs
• On-site support staff available during working hours

Schedule

• Assigned start times between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM
• Afternoon and evening operation
• Weekend work required for new drivers

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of CDL-A experience
• Must live within the Monroe hiring area (ZIP 45044)
• Personal transportation to and from the terminal
• Clean MVR
• Clean background
• Strong work ethic
• Not SAP Friendly
