Earnings & Perks Breakdown

• Weekly Target: Earn a steady gross average of $1,300 per week.
• Mileage Rate: $0.43 to $0.51 CPM (scaled on experience).
• Short-Haul Pay: Extra +$30.00 for any loads under 90 miles.
• Stop Incentives: Extra +$10.00 per completed stop.
• Performance Bonuses: Extra performance-based payouts available.

Route Details & Schedule

• Home Time: 100% Home Daily (clock out and head home after every shift).
• Shift Type: Dedicated Night Shift.
• Work Week: 5-day schedule running either Thursday–Monday or Friday–Tuesday (weekend shifts are standard).
• Daily Work: 2 runs per day, averaging ~2,200 miles per week with live unloads at retail stores.
• Holidays: Dispatch follows store delivery volume, you will run holiday nights if scheduled.
• Equipment: Slip-seat operation sharing a clean daycab with an opposite-shift driver.

Qualification Standards

• Hiring Radius: Must live within 25 miles of Zip Code 33982 (Port Charlotte, Cape Coral, Punta Gorda, Englewood, North Port).
• Experience Levels:
  • Trainees: 0 months experience welcome (must hold a valid CDL-A).
  • Experienced: Requires 6+ months of Class A tractor-trailer experience (local or OTR).
• Credentials: Valid Class A CDL and current DOT Medical Card (no endorsements required).
• Status: Company drivers only (no teams or owner-operators).
• Screening: Clean driving history, solid background check, and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
