About the Position

Our client is seeking a qualified CDL A Driver for a local driving opportunity in Salt Lake City. This position offers daily home time while transporting products safely to customers. Drivers will receive dedicated support from the TransForce team and be treated as a priority throughout the assignment.

• Pay rate: $28 per hour
• Estimated weekly gross pay: $1,200
• Schedule: May vary
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Local routes with daily home time

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor/trailer in accordance with company policies and DOT guidelines.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer.
• Secure cargo on the trailer and complete deliveries according to the manifest.
• Interact with customers to open, close, and secure trailer curtains and doors.
• Obtain customer signatures on proof of delivery and submit documentation to the dispatcher.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the truck and trailer.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Current DOT-certified medical card.
• Ability to safely lift, push, pull, or move up to 175 pounds.
